Our windows, doors, lantern roofs and conservatories are manufactured in our modern, purpose built factory occupying over 30,000 square feet within 2 minutes of junction 22 of the M5 Motorway.

Clifton Joinery has invested significantly in machines and processes over the last few years and this enables us to manufacture unique and challenging hardwood joinery to consistently high standards of quality and repeatability.

Windows and doors are manufactured on a custom windowline featuring robotic loading with custom profiling which are then carefully hand finished and assembled in the factory to maintain quality standards.

Lantern and Conservatory roofs are machined using custom 5 axis CNC routers with robotic loading driven from in-house designed and maintained software. All roof components are designed and manufactured for an accurate fit.

Lean manufacturing processes and robust management structures ensures that when your joinery is delivered it can be installed with the minimum of fuss.
