Our contemporary ‘top hung’* bi-folding doors have been designed using a robust and discreet running track with superb quality components in stainless steel.
They are suited to both existing and new builds: for internal space conversion of two adjacent areas, or for bringing the outdoors in, to welcome clients in through a wide storefront or bring pavement café culture to your restaurant, perhaps just to blur the boundary between garden and living room.
Centor© E3 ironmongery allows for multi-fold options, increasing design flexibility. Panel sizes of up to 3m in height, 1m in width and 80Kg weight can be achieved with this ‘top hung’ mechanism while spanning as much as 16m.
The doors are available in a variety of timber finishes, from softwoods (Southern Yellow Pine) through to traditional hardwoods (Oak, Walnut) and with door furniture carefully selected to complement the design or match existing fittings.
All our doors are made by hand to exacting standards and constructed with wedged mortice and tenon joints.
Doors are fully factory finished, spray painted in-house and with ironmongery pre-fitted so minimising on-site work.
*a ‘top hung’ system is better than a bottom rail. It removes the drag and sticking associated with debris mounting up in a bottom mounted system. Our doors glide effortlessly!
